[Order Protection] What is Shopee Guarantee?

 

Shopee Guarantee is a feature where payments to sellers are temporarily held by Shopee until the order is completed.

 

Here’s an example of how this can be calculated:

 

#Effective 30th May 2023, Shopee Guarantee for Non-Mall sellers will be extended to 7 days after delivery date.

Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL)

Non-Shopee Supported Logistics (Non-SSL)

Non Mall

Order Delivered Date¹ + 7 days

Estimated Delivery Date² + 7 days

Mall

Order Delivered Date¹ + 15 days

Estimated Delivery Date² + 15 days

 

  1. Order Delivered Date - The date when the logistics partner delivers the parcel
  2. Estimated Delivery Date -  The estimated delivery date for the logistics partner to deliver the parcel

 

If your parcel has been shipped

You are allowed a one-time 3-day extension of the Shopee Guarantee period if you have yet to receive an order that has been shipped.

 

If you still have not received your order before our Return/Refund Period, do request for a refund before the Return/Refund Period ends.

⚠️ Note

  1. For orders made under integrated channels (Shopee Supported Logistics), the Shopee Guarantee countdown starts upon having a ‘Delivered’ status.
  2. Only click on "Order Received" if you have confirmed the receipt of your order in good condition. Shopee Guarantee will protect you such that you can request a return or refund within your Shopee Guarantee period if you don't receive your orders.
  3. If you have accidentally clicked “Order Received” before the end of the Shopee Guarantee extension period, you may refer to this article on how to request further assistance.
