You can pay online ShopeePay merchants with ShopeePay via the Shopee App. 

1. Mobile

If you're accessing the online ShopeePay merchant via your mobile device, select ShopeePay as your payment method.

Once you have selected ShopeePay as your payment method, you will be redirected to ShopeePay to complete your payment. Select Next > Select Pay Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN number. 

1. Desktop

If you're accessing the online ShopeePay merchant via a desktop device, select ShopeePay as your payment method.

To complete payment, scan the generated QR code with your Shopee App > Select Next  > Select Pay Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN number. 

⚠️Note

1. Payments should be processed immediately. If your payment was unsuccessful, you can contact our Live agent via chat feature on the Shopee App with your Transaction ID..
